Everyone felt like Christina and Shannon’s wedding was super blessed. With their wedding day scheduled in Lake Jackson, Texas just two weeks after Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast, there was still some uncertainty in the air.
Their church even sat right next to a creek, which at the time looked more like a river, but it thankfully only came within a few meters of the church.
However, when I spoke with Christina on the phone a week before her wedding day, you would have never known that there ever was a storm. She was so calm and relaxed. She knew and trusted that nothing would get in the way of her marrying Shannon! And that’s just the way it went!
Christina and Shannon got married at Shannon’s childhood church on a warm and sunny September day. With over 200 guests, they were surrounded by family and friends from near and far joining them in support as they promised each other forever. They had the best time and made sure every guest was noticed and appreciated. That’s just what I believe their marriage will be like, forever showing each other love and appreciation.
Shannon and Christina, thank you so much for having us as your wedding photographers. We had a wonderful time and wish you both a wonderful life together!
