Sara and Alex met playing soccer together. Their teams would scrimmage each other frequently, so everyone became good friends and it was not love at first sight. They occasionally went on double dates with together having brought other people for themselves . Sara even took it upon herself to introduce Alex to one of her friends he thought was cute! After developing a close friendship, they realized that they would probably make a good couple and decided to give it a try… and it stuck!
Sara and Alex dated throughout their time at college and after. Their love grew and Sara knew that Alex would likely be proposing, she just didn’t know when. One week, Sara began to notice a quietness from both Alex and her close friends. Friends she talked to everyday went radio silence and Sara began to wonder if something was wrong. Later that week, she went to her parents house and, to her surprise, in the backyard with all her family and friends there, there glowed a trail of lights going through the yard leading up to a heart. Alex had even lined the path with photographs of them throughout the years. Alex appeared and sang to Sara while walking down the lighted aisle culminating with a proposal for marriage… Sara said yes!
Sara and Alex got married at Magnolia Manor on a rainy day which we all know to be good luck! The rain on the windows and trees made for an even more romantic cozy evening. Surrounded by family and friends the two were married in their church and said yes to be each other’s date on double dates forever! Sara and Alex thank you so much for having us as your wedding photographers! We wish you all the love and happiness in the world! Xoxo, Kelly
