When Valeria said she wanted to take her engagement photos at Commodore Perry Estate, in Austin, Texas, I was so excited! A true wedding photographer’s dream, The Commodore Perry Estate, is one of the most sought after wedding locations in Texas. “A treasured Austin landmark, re-envisioned with modern glamour” is how its described and I totally agree.

Commodore Perry Estate was the perfect picturesque backdrop for Valeria who is a local interior designer and Chris, who works in real estate. Together they are quite the power couple and I loved taking their engagement photos! We spent the evening walking around the estate taking photos of the couple and taking in the gorgeous architecture and landscape of the property that truly transported us to a one-of-a-kind oasis with a European vibe.

That cute little dog is Leigh the Puerto Rico doggie! She is such a sweetie and was a little hesitant of photos at first but then realized she looks great at all angles!

Valeria and Chris plan to have a destination wedding in Valeria’s hometown of Dorado, Puerto Rico! We can’t wait for their wedding day!
