They met in 8th grade drama class, however they didn’t have their first full conversation till sophomore year of high school. “If you told me then that I would one day marry Dallas, I would have probably been confused”. After having several classes with each other, Rachel and Dallas started dating. Sparks flew! If you are familiar with the town of Lake Jackson, TX..you will know that Brew n Bake Coffeehouse is like a safe haven..the perfect place to have a first date which is where Rachel and Dallas had theirs! They still frequent the coffee shop often, reminiscing about the start of their beautiful journey together.
The day Rachel left for college, was the moment she just knew. He bought her a bracelet with the coordinates they would be Dallas, Lake Jackson and Rachel, Waco, TX. After that, they knew someday they would be married.
Dallas proposed to Rachel on Christmas Eve, her favorite time of year at her home under some twinkling Christmas lights. They are planning a wedding next year so for their engagement session they spent the afternoon together in Gruene, TX under a sunshine filled summer sky.
The couple loves “vintage” things and Gruene, TX served as the perfect location for their engagement session!
It was a hot summer day, but Rachel & Dallas make the best of any situation together!
