New York meets Texas..
Ashleigh, a native Texan , and Chad, a New Yorker were introduced to each other on social media and soon sparks flew! Chad, being in the coast guard was on assignment here in Texas and Ashleigh here in TX raising a son. After meeting, the two of them knew shortly that they wanted to be together forever.
On a bright sunny day in September, with the exception of a short-lived downpour for good luck, two families from opposite sides of the continent came together to celebrate the marriage of Ashleigh and Chad. There was laughter, many a cowboy boot, and Ashleigh and Chad beaming, ready to start their new chapter.

The ladies spent the morning, mimosa in hand, at the oh so elegant Totally Blown Away blow dry bar in Lake Jackson, TX. The staff and owners were a dream and even escorted the bride and the girls to the cars with umbrellas in the pouring rain. So sweet!
Chad and Ashleigh’s parents looked on with admiration and love as the ceremony started.
Ashleigh was walked down the aisle with her father and her adorable son, Bryson.
The ceremony was held in Danbury, TX. I had never been before..but it is true..there is only one or two traffic lights!
The happy couple! Now husband and wife and the cutest little family!
The couple gave some special news to friends and family too…they’re expecting a little one!
The night was filled with dancing, sentimental toasts and silly roasts, not without some great Texas BBQ.
A sparks filled exit, a perfect way to end a wonderful day..the start of a new adventure!
