They both had a crush… but at 14, both were too shy to tell one another that they liked each other. 4 years later, the shyness melted away into curiosity and they both built up the courage to speak to one another. Soon they became friends. After a few weeks of talking and a romantic New Year’s Eve party, the two decided that they wanted to be together.
Last Christmas, while Taylor’s family was vacationing in Hawaii, Taylor was having a great time but was missing Jordan. Flawlessly, Taylor’s family and Jordan conspired to surprise Taylor by flying Jordan out to Hawaii. When Taylor saw Jordan at the Hawaii airport she was so surprised and excited! A few days later while relaxing in a bungalow, Jordan took Taylor’s hand, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him.
On a warm day in Houston, Texas, family and friends gathered to watch Taylor and Jordan promise forever to each other. At a historic fire station, turned event venue in The Heights District, they exchanged vows. Taylor and Jordan, thank you so much for having me document your first day as husband and wife. Watching you and your family come together for such a wonderful occasion was something I’ll remember forever. XOXO, Kelly
