Their instagram hashtag was #shustersweethearts for a reason…
While making artful masterpieces in the 9th grade, Mitchell and Marianne’s relationship grew over a controversy of “who drew the better sunset”. There was a spark between the two. Mitchell began to fall for the gorgeous brown haired beauty in his art class and Marianne for the guy who could make her smile all too easy. They began dating and started a journey together… learning, loving, and growing with each other by their side for 6 years. Together they survived some of the toughest years of high-school and college, but they knew that they were only better together.
Last year the two joined some friends in Park City, Utah for a vacation and a drive into the mountains. That night, the sunset in the mountains was more beautiful than either could have drawn back in their 9th grade art class. It was in that moment Mitchell decided to ask Marianne to be his wife and spend the rest of their lives together. Marianne gasped and said, “YES”!
On a sunny day in Houston, Texas, Marianne and Mitchell invited family and friends from near and far to their wedding at Ashton Gardens North. Marianne and Mitchell, your day was everything anyone could have imagined! Your love, truth, and kindness to one another shows everyone around you that you were destined to be together.
M&M, thank you for the honor of being welcomed by you and your families to be part of your wedding journey. Your day was beyond perfect and I wish you all the best as you “paint” your own lives (and countless sunsets) together. Love, Kelly
