Reach out Here

Hi there! Welcome to the blog where we share weddings, tips, and photos from recent shoots! Stay a while and say hello!

Hi, I'm Kelly!

Their instagram hashtag was #shustersweethearts for a reason…

While making artful masterpieces in the 9th grade, Mitchell and Marianne’s relationship grew over a controversy of “who drew the better sunset”. There was a spark between the two. Mitchell began to fall for the gorgeous brown haired beauty in his art class and Marianne for the guy who could make her smile all too easy. They began dating and started a journey together… learning, loving, and growing with each other by their side for 6 years. Together they survived some of the toughest years of high-school and college, but they knew that they were only better together.

Last year the two joined some friends in Park City, Utah for a vacation and a drive into the mountains. That night, the sunset in the mountains was more beautiful than either could have drawn back in their 9th grade art class. It was in that moment Mitchell decided to ask Marianne to be his wife and spend the rest of their lives together. Marianne gasped and said, “YES”!

On a sunny day in Houston, Texas, Marianne and Mitchell invited family and friends from near and far to their wedding at Ashton Gardens North. Marianne and Mitchell, your day was everything anyone could have imagined! Your love, truth, and kindness to one another shows everyone around you that you were destined to be together.

M&M, thank you for the honor of being welcomed by you and your families to be part of your wedding journey. Your day was beyond perfect and I wish you all the best as you “paint” your own lives (and countless sunsets) together. Love, Kelly

Marianne chose her gown by the way it fit her perfectly and how it “just felt right”. She later found out that the gown’s style and design was called “The Marianne”. A true match!

Marianne wanted her day to be elegant and beautiful. His and her’s hand picked details shined with timeless glimmer.

The lady’s looked gorgeous in their matching robes.

Marianne’s make-up were done perfectly by the gals at Glam Studio by Misty Rockwell. Her locks by Lindsey Jade at the Ciao Salon in Houston, Texas.

Marianne’s bridesmaids waited patiently while Marianne’s mom and grandmother helped her into her gown.

Marianne took the girl’s breath away!

Marianne’s elegant white bouquet was made by Dream Bouquet. All of Marianne’s bridesmaids kept saying how perfect the bouquets were for the day.

Marianne and Mitchell’s cake looked like something from the Food Network! A beautiful work done by Cakes by Gina.

Mitchell looked very handsome in his suit and bowtie. He was a little nervous for the day ahead, but knew it was going to be the best day of his life!

Houston, Texas has never looked so beautiful!

The couple read their vows with laughs and happy tears in their eyes. Afterwards they poured soil into a unity tree and invited family and friends to pray over their journey as husband and wife.

The first day of the rest of their lives sealed with a kiss!

After the ceremony the couple slipped away for some couples portraits.

A grand entrance to cheers and claps!

Marianne and Mitchell’s first dance was beautiful…swaying to a favorite song.

After dinner and cutting the cake the couple enjoyed being toasted to and roasted by friends!

And the party was started!

A traditional snake dance, kind words of wisdom and more dancing!

Many of Marianne’s sorority sisters were there for support. These gorgeous gals lined up & showed that they will always be “sisters’!

Even though the party was still going strong, the perfect send off was just as fun.

Happily ever after!

A special thanks to all who made the day special!
