It was love at first sight..

Shelbi and Johnie met unexpectedly. Johnie saw Shelbi at a restaurant and had to know her. What started out as a simple interest in a stunning woman with gorgeous blonde hair, became a true love story and the start of a journey together.

Johnie and Shelbi are amazing and their day was nothing short of adorable. The two together, promised to weather anything life thrusted their way and asked their closest family and friends to witness their ceremony and vows to support their promises to each other.

On a gorgeous sunny day in Angleton, Texas, Johnie and Shelbi married. Their love displayed for all to see and admire. Johnie and Shelbi, thank you so much for choosing me as your wedding photographer. I have enjoyed getting to know you two as a couple and have been truly inspired. Your love makes others want to support you in deep and profound ways and I am honored to have documented your first day as husband and wife.

I am thankful to have been invited into your lives and cant wait to see what the future holds for you both! Much love, Kelly

Shelbi and Johnie got ready for their day at the inviting Aycock House in West Columbia, Texas. A gorgeous location for their day!

Shelbi’s gorgeous fresh garden bouquet was made by the gals at The English Florist in Lake Jackson, Texas.

Shelbi was beaming from the very beginning of the day. Her smile never left her face.

Shelbi’s sisters played a huge part in her life and her wedding day, giving her words of love and encouragement. Shebli’s flower crown made specifically for her by The English Florist.

Johnie, a former Marine, is a born leader and protector. He could no wait to see his bride!

Johnie and Shelbie opted for a First Look and saw eachother before the ceremony. This was the groom’s reaction seeing his bride for the first time….

It’s safe to say the bride was happy to see the groom!

They were ecstatic! You could feel the love!

This sweet moment just went on….Johnie whispering sweet nothings to his gorgeous bride.

We had a good amount of time to take some couple’s photos, we opted to wonder around the Aycock Crew’s beautiful grounds.

The couple is so excited for their little one..her name will be Cheyanne!

This 14 karat “Roma” Catholic Rosary in the bouquet has a special meaning to Shelbi. It is from her Aunt Beth who got it as a little girl while visiting Rome-she even had it blessed by Pope John Paul II. Shebli got it on her wedding day and hopes to give it to her own little girl on her wedding day.

This couple….sparks fly when they look into eachother’s eyes!

Shelbi’s niece was her flower girl…her fun “spunkiness” worked out any pre wedding jitters Shelbi had!

The two had a gorgeous wedding ceremony in front of family and friends…

Vows sealed with a kiss!

Shelbi’s aunt made a beautiful cake adorned with pearls and roses!

Shelbi and Johnie shared a sweet and intimate first dance..

During their first dance, Shebli and Johnie had company…in the cutest form ever!!

Johnie looked so dapper in his uniform…his eyes never left his bride..

Speeches were given and drinks were had…happiness filled the room.

The couple ended their party with a bouquet toss and dancing..

The two waved at guest from a carriage, a sign of thankfulness and a perfect day…

Many Thanks to everyone who made this day perfect!
