“It’s like rainnnn on your wedding day”…
One of the many things that us photographers and planners wish we could control is the weather. But every time something doesn’t go the way I think it should, I remember how every wedding we’ve done has turned out beautiful no matter what. On this particular Texas day, it rained non stop… and the shoot was meant to be all outdoors. But when you are working with such great people, you just make it happen and make it better than ever!
Hannah from Loose End’s Design had a vision for the shoot to be colorful, fun, with a little nod to the swinging sixties-which obviously, I was on board. At the beautiful Cottage Charm at the Romack House.
We loved this beautiful and colorful invitation suite by our friends at Riley Elizabeth Designs. She also did all of the menus!
Florals were hung and decor was set by a Special Touch.
We loved this twist on a traditional gown by going with a short and flirty gown from Something Blue in Angleton, Texas.
We loved the florals and bridal bouquet by Crowder Deats overflowing with wildflowers and daisies.
Many thanks to all of the venues who made this shoot so much fun that we forgot about the rain!
